Sai Krishna Urban Consultants Pvt Ltd is a DPIIT-recognised start-up in Bengaluru working on building approvals and urban planning. PlanSURE is its brand for regulation tools and approval services, used by plot owners, builders and architects.
The practice is led by Pl. Karthik H, Founder and Principal Urban Planner, who has handled more than 2,000 building approvals under the GBA city corporations, the former BBMP, BDA and BMRDA. He holds a master's degree in planning from Australia, teaches in architecture and planning colleges in Bengaluru, and serves on the Executive Committee of the ITPI Karnataka Regional Chapter for 2025–27.
