Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the plan check service on plansure.in, provided by Sai Krishna Urban Consultants Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), R R Nagar, Bengaluru 560098. By uploading a drawing or paying for a report you accept them.

1. The service

The plan check measures the floor plans you upload and compares them with the Zoning Regulations of the Revised Master Plan for Bengaluru 2015, as amended, for the plot details you give. The result is a written report (the "report"), signed by our Principal Planner.

2. What the report is, and is not

• The report is a pre-check to help you and your architect. It is not a building sanction, an assurance that a sanction will be granted, a certificate of compliance, or legal advice.
• The sanctioning authority's scrutiny prevails over every figure in the report.
• The report covers only the parameters it lists. It does not cover title, structural safety, fire safety, parking, or the building bye-law requirements on rooms, light and ventilation, unless it says so.
• Regulations change often. A report reflects the regulations in force on its date.

3. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you are entitled to share the drawing and documents you upload.
• The road width, land-use zone, ring and plot area you enter are your statements. The report relies on them and we do not verify them on site.
• Drawings must be CAD exports (PDF, DWG or DXF). Scanned or photographed drawings cannot be measured.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown on the pricing page and before you pay. Payment is taken by Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd; we do not see or store your card or bank details. The report is produced only after payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery is described in the delivery policy, and cancellations and refunds in the cancellation and refunds policy.

6. Accuracy and liability

We measure drawings carefully and state our assumptions in each report. Measurements taken from a drawing can differ slightly from hand-worked figures. If you show us a measurement error in a report, we will correct and reissue it free of charge. Our total liability for any report is limited to the fee paid for it. We are not liable for decisions taken, or costs incurred, on the strength of a report without independent verification by your architect and the sanctioning authority.

7. Intellectual property

The drawings remain yours or your architect's. The report is for your use and the use of your architect and advisers on the named property. The PlanSURE name, logo, tool and report format belong to us.

8. Personal data

How we handle your information is set out in the privacy policy.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve the matter.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date you pay applies to that report.
