What the ₹499 plan check report includes
- Floor-by-floor area statement measured from your drawing, with balconies counted and the stairwell, lift, ducts and voids deducted.
- FAR, ground coverage, setbacks, setback area, projections over the setbacks and building height, each compared with what the regulations allow for your plot and road.
- A list of what needs to change, and the measured drawings as an annexure.
- A signed PDF, shown on screen at once to download, and e-mailed to you.
How payment works
You upload the drawing first. We read it and show you what we found, at no charge. You pay only if the drawing could be read, and the report is produced as soon as the payment is confirmed. Payments are taken by Razorpay through UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. The price shown is the full amount payable; no GST is added.
A report covers one set of drawings for one plot. A revised drawing is a new check. If you are asked to revise after our report, contact us about a revision rate.
