Privacy policy

Sai Krishna Urban Consultants Pvt Ltd ("we") runs plansure.in. This policy explains how we handle personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, mobile number and e-mail address.
• Property details: the owner's name as on the Khata, address, PID or Khata number, ward number, city corporation, plot size, road width, zone and ring.
• Documents: the drawing you upload and, if you choose, a Khata or e-Khata extract.
• Payment records: the Razorpay order and payment IDs and amount. We never receive your card, UPI PIN or bank login.

Why we use it

• To measure the drawing, prepare the report and send it to you.
• To take payment and keep accounting records.
• To contact you about your report, and, if you ask, about our services. We do not sell or rent your data.

Who processes it for us

• Razorpay processes payments.
• Anthropic (the Claude API) reads an uploaded Khata to fill in the form for you. Only the Khata is sent, and only when you upload one.
• Our hosting provider runs the checker server, and our e-mail provider delivers reports.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded drawings: deleted automatically within 6 hours.
• Khata extracts: read and deleted straight away.
• Reports: available at their link for 30 days, then deleted from the server. A copy is e-mailed to you and kept in our records.
• Contact and payment records: kept as long as the law on accounts requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the grievance officer below. Erasure does not apply to records we must keep by law.

Cookies and tracking

The plan check uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The payment window is loaded from Razorpay.

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Files are held on a server we control and deleted on the schedule above.
