Delivery policy

The plan check report is a digital service. Nothing is shipped.

• On screen: the report opens on the plan check page as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, with a button to download the PDF.
• By e-mail: a PDF copy is sent to the e-mail address you entered, usually within a few minutes.
• By link: the report link stays available for 30 days.

If you have paid and have not received the report within 24 hours, contact us with the report reference and the Razorpay payment ID. We will send the report, or refund in full as set out in the cancellation and refunds policy.

Professional services such as plan approvals are delivered as agreed in writing for each engagement.
